The Greenberg Gross Sexual Assault Litigation practice group was featured in an Orange County Business Journal article discussing landmark legislation in California that provides survivors of childhood sexual assault a greater opportunity to seek justice and be heard.
In the article, Wayne Gross and Deborah Mallgrave discuss the California Child Victims Act (AB 218), which affords survivors of childhood sexual assault additional time to pursue civil lawsuits against their perpetrators and responsible institutions. The new law inspired the attorneys at Greenberg Gross to supplement its primary business litigation focus with a new specialized practice group. This new practice area is dedicated to pursuing justice for survivors of childhood sexual assault and abuse.
